Can Plan have been in business for 24 years and are Nelson’s only locally owned and operated waste collection service. They pride themselves on their customer service and commitment to looking after and developing their team.

To support their existing team and help ensure they continue to provide great customer service they have created a part-time role for an upbeat, outgoing customer focused person with loads of enthusiasm to join their team. Ideally you’ll be available to work the hours of 1pm – 5pm Monday to Friday but there is some potential for flexibility with hours.

In this role you’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries both in person, on the phones and via their website. You’ll have the opportunity to assist with a range of day to day administration tasks. Part of your role will include liaising with the drivers, so you’ll need to have a good sense of humour and the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.

Ideally you’ll bring to the role 2-3 years customer service or reception experience combined with fast accurate data entry skills, a natural attention to detail and the desire to build on your skills.

This is a great opportunity for an up and coming reception and administration professional to work in a busy and interesting role and develop their skills.
