Reporting into the Head of Customer Service and part of a close knit team of 4, you will be responsible for:Primary local contact for all customer and consumer related enquiriesEnsure first class service is provided to customers and consumersSupport resolution of issues across the businessEnsure effective relationships are built and demonstrated between service centresConsumer complaints and resolutionSupport DSD with inventory

You:To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following competencies;Strong SAP experience within logistics (essential)Experience in supply chain and warehouse stock balancing (essential)Be consumer centric
