Customer Service Representative
Our Sport and Recreation team is passionate about providing quality recreation experiences for our communities, encouraging MORE PEOPLE, MORE ACTIVE, MORE OFTEN! We are looking for people who will share the same passion.
Are you keen to help make people feel great and have fun doing this? If so, joining the Queenstown Events Centre team might be for you! Our busy facility includes a swimming pool complex, a gym and group fit studio, a two court stadium, meeting rooms and sports fields. This role is at the centre of all of that in our customer service hub.
What you will need:
Passion for the Sport and Recreation industry
A positive attitude and the ability to consistently deliver an outstanding customer service
Excellent communication skills and plenty of energy
Maintaining efficiency and accuracy with membership processing and facility bookings
Cash reconciliation and general administrative duties
Have the ability to work in a team and have fun
Ideally, you will have a background and expertise in some of the following areas relating to our centre:
Fitness industry
Sports
Aquatics
