Customer Service Advisor

About the Role:
As part of a team of 3, you will be first point of contact for both end customers and businesses / retail customers. This is a busy and dynamic role where no to days are the same!
Your day to day will vary between answering incoming calls from customers who require product information, processing orders, updating customers on order deliveries and providing all round customer service support.
About the Company:
This organisation is currently in the process of moving their offices from East Tamaki to Avondale, therefore we require someone who is available to work in East Tamaki for a period of 6 weeks and be available to work in Avondale.
This organisation has been around for over 25 years and have offices based in New Zealand and Australia. You’ll be familiar with their products; chances are you have them in your own home!
About You:
You will have proven experience in a customer service and administration role previously. You’ll have the ability to handle pressure, be system savvy and comfortable needing to pick things up quickly.
