Customer Retention Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic digital marketing and communications specialist to join our fast growing online drinks e-commerce company.
You will work closely with our digital marketing manager implementing and perfecting our customer retention strategy.
You should:
Be familiar with all online acquisition and retention tools and tactics. Have experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Have experience with mailchimp, klavyio or other marketing automation platforms. Have great communication written and verbal skills. Have experience with photoshop. Have some knowledge of wine, beer or spirits and be willing to learn more. Look forward to playing an important part in the growth of a leading online business in the drinks sector.
