Job Description
This role will sit between our customer service team and our operations teaming helping to launch our fulfillment project into the market. You will move between packing orders in our warehouse, to backing up our customer support team, and just generally pitching in to create a great experience for our customers.
Duties Will Include
Key Opperational tasks:
- Picking, Packing and dispatching FBM stock
- Cycle counts
- Stocktakes on inward FBM stock deliveries
- Placing stock into pickface
- Maintaining warehouse to health and safety standards
Key Customer Service tasks:
- Email based role - Contacting merchants for order follow ups
- Receipting in and distributing inward deliveries
Qualifications
- Proficient working with Excel
- Warehouse experience 1-2yrs or Customer service experience 1-2yrs
