The Role:
Reporting to theSales and Marketing Manageressentially your responsibilities are divided between organising and coordinating sales promotions and acting as the customers support advocate to both new and established clients. This dynamic role is predominantly office based, but occasional site visits to clients or events may be required from time to time.
Above all you will:
Help design, coordinate and execute sales promotions and stategies
Coordinate training events and exhibition stands for conferences nationally
Manage social media content
Manage prospects target list
Establish and coordinate new accounts to ensure correct setup
Customer liaison to ensure partners and subscribers have the appropriate resources and services available from Masterspec
Provide phone/internet training of the Masterspec systems for clients
Assist the National Sales & Marketing Manager with special projects from time to time

About you:
Ideally you will haveexperiencein a similar customer service or sales support role. Previous exposure to theconstruction/building industrywill be looked on favorably but is not a pre-requisite.
You can effectively plan, organise and prioritise tasks as well as the capacity to manage administrative demands and multi-task with ease. Your proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships is also key, not to mention your advanced computer skills - design and layout with Word, Power Point and Adobe. You will have the opportunity to bring your creative flair to the table and an understanding of marketing principals and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) is required.
