Customer Liaison, Marketing & Credit Control

Roger Gill Motors is a family owned company based in Pukekohe, we are proud to be franchise holders for both Mitsubishi and KIA brands and have a busy Sales and Service operation meeting the needs of our valued customers.We are looking for an individual who has experience in Customer Liaison, Marketing and Credit Control to manage these important tasks for Roger Gill Motors Ltd and our sister company Roger Gill Agriculture Ltd. You will be part of a small administration team.The ideal candidate will be a positive and motivated person who gets on will with others and has previous experience in each of the three key areas. You must be customer focussed, outgoing, have excellent communications skills and confident in dealing with a variety of people, both in person and on the phone.The role will be responsible for the following: • Contacting our Customers daily to obtain their feedback on the level of service we have provided to them• Making recommendations to improve our systems and processes as a result of the feedback received from our customers• Coordinating our marketing and managing our social media accounts• Producing our quarterly newsletter to our customers• Managing our websites and maintaining our overall online presence• Credit Control, chasing overdue accounts and monthly debtor statement run• Assisting our Accounts Payable Administrator as required and completing their tasks when they are on leaveYou must have the experience in a similar role as outlined above as well as the following attributes: - A team player as well as someone who works well on their own- Have excellent oral and written skills- Above average level of experience with Microsoft Office products- The ability to perform under pressure and to multi-task.If you are interested in the position please forward your CV including a covering letter to Shelley Gill at ********** or you can leave a copy in a sealed envelope at our front counter.
