We currently have a vacancy for a self-starting, experienced appliance service technician in West Auckland.
You will provide technical expertise to our valued customers by performing service calls and repairs of our products in customer homes, delivering "Best in Class" customer service.
We value ongoing training and development, and you will have opportunities to share your knowledge with the wider team.
We understand the importance of work/life balance and aim to accommodate flexible working hours to suit both you and our customers.
Our schedules typically run from Monday to Friday.
Your Key Responsibilities

Repair and fully test products to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain superior product knowledge across all product lines through training, manuals, and sessions.
Complete all service-related paperwork and cash collection.
Maintain and manage spare parts inventory.
What You Will Need

Experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting.
Qualifications in Electrical and Appliance Repair.
Registered Electrical Licence (GAS licence advantageous).
Strong communication and PC skills.
Ability to provide premium customer service.
Clean criminal record and valid driver's license.
Physical fitness and health; a pre-employment medical will be conducted.
