The focus of this role:
Reportingdirectly to the Customer Experience Manager and as a key member of the storeleadership team, we are looking for the right person to join us. Thisrole requires weekend work and flexibility to match our trading hours.
Our ideal applicant:
Minimum of 3 years previous experienceat a senior level in a fast-paced, big box retail environment
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Decision making capability in a deadline drivenenvironment
Strong multi-tasking ability
Positive disposition
Ability to pro-actively work on own initiative

Who we are:
Riviera Hardware Holdings Limited (RHHL) ownsand currently operates Mitre 10 MEGA Albany, Mitre 10 MEGA Warkworth and Mitre10 MEGA New Lynn stores. We also operate our three Columbus Coffee shops withinour MEGA stores. We deliver Prenail Frame and Truss solutions through RivieraPre-nail and manage our own importing via Riviera Imports.
