About the Role
Our Customer Delivery team is a key point of contact for all queries from our Field Service Technicians and Meter Equipment Providers on the ground.
Your daily tasks in this role, will vary from responding to phone calls from our customers, identifying areas that need improvement in our process, assigning jobs as they come through, managing these jobs in our system whilst working with technicians and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner. From time to time you will also wear your investigator hat and proactively resolve issues with any workflow in our systems and escalate issues to the next level when necessary. Whilst doing these tasks you will build positive relationships with your internal and external members.
Who are we looking for
You will bring a positive, can do attitude and enjoy working with a great team. You will be flexible to support your team members as and when needed. Previous customer service or call centre experience is essential, along with your commitment to providing quality and courteous customer service. You are good with technology and know your way around word, excel and outlook.
