This demanding role reaches all corners of the business.
Your days will involve:

Dealing with customer and staff enquiries
Telephone calls
Hire purchase finance
Product location
Special orders
Returns/refunds
Repairs
Checkout sales
Daily banking
Handling all other day-to-day situations

The Customer Care team delivers the first and last impression of our business.
The ideal candidate must stay calm under pressure and think on their feet.
This is a permanent position (40 hours per week) requiring availability at least one day during the weekend.
The role is split between the customer service desk and checkouts.
We seek a high-energy individual who is a customer service superstar.
To be successful, you must have:

A passion for providing excellent customer service
Attention to detail and self-motivation
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and follow up promptly
Experience in conflict resolution and decision-making confidence
Good peripheral vision to manage queues effectively
Experience with POS systems and hire purchase portals such as GE Finance and Qcard (training provided)
A can-do attitude, action-oriented mindset, high accuracy, and attention to detail
Computer literacy and organizational skills
2-3 years of experience in a front-facing customer service role, preferably in a big box retail environment
