You will handle a variety of incoming customer enquiries, mainly regarding online shopping, using your problem-solving skills to find the answers our customers need.This contact centre role uses the latest live, online chat technology, alongside traditional phone and email support.
You will connect with people from all walks of life and find solutions to resolve their enquiries.QualificationsWe are looking for someone to exemplify excellent customer service across the Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery online stores!This role involves supporting customers via live chat, phone, and email support using the latest technology.To succeed, the ideal candidate will have:Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a clear, calm phone manner and attentive listening skills.An empathetic, resilient nature, capable of maintaining positivity under pressure.Computer literacy with a keen eye for detail.Confidence in written communication.Adaptability and a passion for our customers!You will need to be available to work 40 hours per week between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday.Additional InformationWe offer a dynamic, supportive team environment within a business that values and recognizes individuals.
