You will handle a variety of incoming customer inquiries, mainly regarding online shopping, using your problem-solving skills to find the answers our customers need.This contact centre role utilizes the latest live, online chat technology, alongside traditional phone and email support.
You will connect with people from all walks of life and find solutions to their inquiries.QualificationsWe seek someone committed to providing excellent customer service across the Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery online stores.This role involves supporting customers via live chat, phone, and email support.To succeed, the ideal candidate will have:Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a clear and calm manner, and good listening skills.An empathetic and resilient nature to stay positive under pressure.Computer literacy and attention to detail.Confidence in written communication.Adaptability and passion for our customers!Availability to work 40 hours per week between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday, is required.Additional InformationWe offer a supportive, dynamic team environment within a business that values individuals.
