Customer Care Representative
Reports to:Customer Care Manager New Zealand
Position Location:Albany, Auckland

How you'll make an impact:
Engaging your excellent communication skills and enjoyment of all things science, you will provide outstanding service to our customers by supporting their enquiries and orders.
Learning about our business and products and being solutions focused, you will add value to a wide range of customer requests. You will enjoy working in a technical, customer and team centred environment which is dynamic and supportive, sharing in our culture of process improvement and success.

What will you do?
Process online and emailed orders
Manage customer enquiries by phone, email and online
Learn about and utilise our online tools and systems
Understand our product ranges, taking part in training
Work efficiently and effectively within a team
Work to company values
Be aware of your own and others Health and Safety

How will you get here?
Effectively communicate by listening to customer’s questions, requests or concerns, problem solving and presenting information in a clear and helpful way.
A customer service focus to develop and maintain constructive working relationships both within and outside our company.
Strong data entry skills along with a familiarity of computer basics
Sound judgment and decision-making skills
Great organisational skills and a detailed, accurate, timely approach to data entry
Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly, work independently and take responsibility to follow-up with both your customers and colleagues.

Experience:
Previous employment in a customer focused role
Related science degree or relevant industry experience
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
