You'll be part of a diverse and dynamic team, committed to delivering great outcomes for our customers, and you will be recognized and rewarded for the genuine impact you make.We have a permanent opportunity available in our Consumer Customer Care & Operations team based in Auckland.Your new roleYou are the first point of service contact (primarily via phone and email interactions) for our customers (including staff) and partners (bankers, advisers, or brokers).You will contribute to the sustainable growth and retention of our consumer insurance business by ensuring customer needs are met across the care, pay, renew, and leave customer journey stages, along with supporting other journey stages (quote, buy, renew, change) as required.Hours of work:75 hours per fortnight (excluding unpaid meal breaks).Your normal times and days of work are between 8.45am - 5.15pm Saturday and Sunday, 7.45am – 8pm Monday to Friday, with the hours set by a fortnightly roster.You'll receive all the support you need to succeed in the role.
The first 3-6 months will be based in our Auckland office during your training period.
