As a Customer Care Advisor, you will support and promote client's financial goods and services and respond to customer inquires.

Advisor’s job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide high quality customer service for one of Concentrix's premier clients
Solve customer challenges and advise solutions
Communicate effectively with customers, peers, support personnel, and management;
Achieve service, quality and action KPI’s
Be friendly, professional and efficient at all times;
Help to contribute to a high performing team, by being a high performing team player.
Mandatory Knowledge and Skills:
An excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
Excellent listening and comprehension skills;
Clear speaking skills;
Good computer skills including navigation and typing;
A courteous, cheerful and vibrant demeanor;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
A good eye for detail;
Customer centric approach to working with others
The ability to work well under pressure.
Basic Financial literacy
Work environment:
Rotating Shifts Monday to Sunday between 7:00am – 9:00pm (M - F) & 8:00am - 6:00pm (S - S)
Location of work Albany
4 weeks paid training(you must be available full time for first two weeks 9-5pm)
