We have a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional to join our vibrant, experienced Marketing team in a fixed term role. The role
Reporting to the Marketing & Business Development Manager, the CRM and Marketing Co-ordinator is responsible for maintaining the firm's client relationship management (CRM) database, e-marketing support, event support, and general support for the Marketing team.
The role's responsibilities include:
CRM Database: maintain and mine the database (InterAction) and produce reports;
EDM Marketing: assist with all client communications;
Business Development: prepare marketing collateral, produce reports, and assist with proposal documents;
Communications: support the Communications Manager with various activities, such as newsletters and social media posts;
Events & Sponsorship: support as required, including attendee lists and invites, and managing small events;
General Marketing: support across the team as required, and some project management.

a tertiary qualification with a marketing major;
at least 2 years’ relevant work experience, ideally in professional services, or a corporate environment;
well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with people at all organisational levels of the firm;
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
high proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel:
knowledge of InDesign and InterAction (or other CRM programmes) would be an advantage.
