You'll have ownership of your own ledger and work with internal departments to deliver first class customer service to every single one of your customers. In this role, you'll deal with working a variety of stages of credit control where customer experience, outcome and the reputation of our brand is incredibly important. Your day will include:Contacting customers with overdue accounts to make arrangements to repay arrearsLoading and monitoring arrangements within the Heartland Bank's Collections systemsLiaising with internal customers and external introducers to solve customer needsAnswering incoming calls from the Collections queue, and calling customers.The role will be Monday - Friday working from our Hamilton or Christchurch office.Does this sound like you?
