Creative Support - Casual - Mt Eden

Our fast-paced creative agency, based in Mt Eden, only works on projects for social good. We are a full-service agency, specialising in working alongside communities to co-design solutions to complex societal challenges. We are a team of designers and storytellers, working across digital, print, and public activations.
Here's where you come in! As a Project Lead, I work across a number of projects, helping to ensure our work meets the needs and expectations of the wonderful organisations we work with. However, I also happen to use a wheelchair, which makes some things a little difficult from time to time. So I'm looking for an assistant to help me out: on film shoots; at co-design workshops; preparing for meetings; and off-site at work-related events. Your role would involve: Supporting the design, execution and pack-down of workshops Acting as runner on set of video shoots Typing up workshop notes Helping to prepare for meetings Administrative support as needed Supporting me to carry out various work-related activities as needed I'm looking for someone who: Is a self-starter, and can get things done without being asked Is unbelievably reliable Has excellent communication skills Gets on well with others Has a bit of an edge Is a low-key social justice warrior Holds high standards for themselves and others Has an appreciation for good communication and design Appreciates a clean and tidy workspace

This is a casual role, with hours to be determined each week to fit around your schedule. However, a degree of flexibility is important: some weeks I might need you for a full day or two, other weeks only for a couple of hours, and others I might not need you at all! Either way, you'd get paid the same agreed weekly rate.
