Crane Operator / Heavy Haulage Driver

AP Group is a family business based in Hamilton and has over 25 years experience in property development, construction, demolition and waste recycling.

We are looking for a person with the x factor A person who wants to be part of a great team
An experienced all rounder who thinks out side the box and enjoys a challenge every day.
Primary responsibilities will be a crane operator assisting on our demolition and construction sites ,but back up driver for carting other large equipment to job sites with our heavy haulage transporter
we operate a varied fleet of over 100 pieces of modern gear incl
1/55 ton liebherr crane
2/600hp kenworth tractor unit with MTL spread trailer
3/hino hiab truck
4/ Spider crane

You will be someone with a positive attitude who doesn’t mind hard work. You will be working on both commercial and residential sites across the Waikato and enjoy a challenge and varied work load every day
Skills & Experience Required
• Current crane certificate
• BESS licence
• Full clean Class 5 Drivers Licence with WTRG Endorsements
• High level of maturity and machine operating knowledge
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Good physical fitness
• Be a team player
• Ability to follow instruction
