Court Registry Officer at NZ Ministry of Justice, Auckland RegionWe're seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Family Court Registry Officer in Tamaki Makaurau/Auckland!Te Haeata/The OpportunityThis role involves working with a team responsible for the successful operation of the Court.
You will liaise with multiple stakeholders interacting with the Justice system, including communicating confidently with Judges in the courtroom and chambers, as well as other judiciary members.The tasks in the CRO role include but are not limited to:Court Taking – facilitating court proceedings, introducing Judges (in English and Te Reo Maori), working closely with them, managing jurors, and handling general court administration.Case Management – ensuring judiciary and case parties have all necessary information and logistics are in place for timely case hearings.Customer Service – interacting with customers face-to-face, via phone, or email regarding court-related matters, confidently handling all communication methods.Travel – travel within courts may be required; a full clean New Zealand driving licence is essential.With pride in your work, you will deliver high-accuracy, professional service to our diverse customers.
