The Role
In this role you will provide advice on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including the execution of mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), capital raisings, due diligence, private and public equity, and general corporate law. Working in the Corporate team, you will be supervised and supported by senior lawyers in order to develop your skills.

The Individual
To be successful in this position, you will have 3+ years PAE and a strong background in Corporate Law. You will pride yourself on your technical skills, attention to detail and your consistent delivery of exceptional client service. You will have experience in Capital Markets, M&A and Private Equity, as well as experience advising privately-owned businesses.
