Corporate Finance Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

This is a Corporate Finance Manager role within a small team of highly experienced professionals. The role is varied and will provide the successful candidate with exposure to professionally stimulating client engagements and attractive opportunities to stretch your technical skills and develop further.
In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of specialist technical areas such as mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, financial modelling, capital raising and due diligence to name a few.

We are looking for a CA or CFA qualified or nearly qualified professional with a minimum of 5-6 years current NZ CA experience, preferably within a large Chartered Accounting firm.
