As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver exceptional meals that exceed guest expectations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be part of a passionate team committed to culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing kitchen production, ensuring quality and consistency with every dish. Support menu planning, costing, and supplier orders in collaboration with the Head Chef. Oversee production, stock management, and kitchen operations. Mentor and develop junior kitchen staff, identifying training needs and growth potential. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all health and safety regulations. Lead by example, fostering a fun and productive atmosphere for the whole team. What We're Looking For: Recent experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment. Relevant culinary certification. Strong organizational and computer skills.
