If you enjoy cooking, have a love for children and like the idea of becoming a vital member of our centre in Karori, Wellington, this could be a great opportunity for you to explore!
As an experienced Cook, your primary focus is ensuring that all food preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to the established recipes, policies and procedures with Nourished Beginnings. This is a full time position, 40 hours a week.
You will be preparing and cooking nourishing vegetarian meals for approximately 100 children each day. Being able to cater and understand catering for dietary/allergy requirements is a must!

This in an integral role in the centre, that requires you to be a confident Cook, who takes pride in all areas of your responsibility. You will need to be a team player and have strong organisational and time management skills and be a clear communicator. There will be some cleaning and laundry tasks required as part of this busy role.
