Contracts Manager Supply Chain The Opportunity Reporting to the Group CFO you will act as the driving force behind resourcing changes for a major Australasian corporate utilising best practice methodologies to achieve outcomes that meet the both the operational and commercial needs of the group This is a highly visible role within the group that will see you engaging with the executive leadership teams giving you a great platform to build a strong personal brand As a proven commercial operator you will be responsible for managing a number of external relationships with third parties overseeing RFP s and leading projects offering you a great deal of variety The Company A global business with operations throughout Australasia Europe and the America s and is recognised as a leader within its field The business has enjoyed significant growth over the years having entered new markets internationally and also through acquisition The Role Partnering with the executive leaders across the businesses to streamline procurement processes and identify cost saving opportunities Deliver a structured process around due diligence and analysis to identify suitable sourcing partners Identification and capitalisation of strategic procurement opportunities that move the organisation towards either cost saving or commercial goals Leading the RFP process and negotiations to achieve a winwin outcome supplying contracts for new and transitioning suppliers Your Profile 5 years experience within a commercial finance strategic procurement role as part of an international organisation A proven track record of utilising project management and analytical skills to drive commercial sourcing outcomes Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently engage with internal and external leaders third parties Be either a NZ Citizen NZ Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit allowing you to commit to a 12month fixed term contract For a confidential discussion about this role please contact Christopher Cluse on 022 0717 812 Christopher Cluse www profilegroup co nz enquiries profilegroup co nz 03 281 8597
