Contracts Manager/Quantity Surveyor

CF Reese Plumbing are looking for a Manager/Quantity surveyor to join our Commercial Projects Team. This is an exciting new role at Management level so if you are looking for your next challenge then this is a great opportunity for you.
The role includes management of the Commercial Team, building relationships with large contracting companies, take off pricing and total project management for commercial projects and residential renovation projects. The role will be responsible for the project management and profitability of jobs once started through to completion.
The role would ideally suit a qualified plumber/gasfitter or someone from the industry with a sound understanding of project management, pricing and how to read plans for both commercial and residential projects. An ability to hunt out opportunities and build high level relationships is an important aspect of this role, ideally you will have a background and experience in the plumbing industry to achieve this.

Join us and we will pay up to $500 per week for three months towards your rent or mortgage to help you and your family settle in.
Our contribution is subject to your commitment to C F Reese for not less than 12 months with 50% of it repayable should you leave within that time frame.
This offer also available (by negotiation) for successful applicants whom may not necessarily need to relocate.
