A well-known leader in the Property space is seeking a passionate Administrator that has strong experience and exposure from a propety background and an understanding of development and real estate.
The team requires a strong administrator who is switched on, likes a challenge and is willing to give it their all within a forward thinking growing business.
The Role:
In a nut-shell, you would be responsible for providing strong administration support internal and external, with a prime focus on ensuring the coordination and success of all administrative and service activities and processes.
You will be in charge of sales contract exchange processes:
Working with sales agencies and collect sales advice sales documents
Contract preparation
Looking after the contract exchange process.
Working with solicitors and conveyancing teams, paying attention to e-contract system for each case.
Thorough administration tasks
Monitoring deposit payment processes.
Responsible of keeping the CRM system up to date
What You Will Need to Succeed:
At least 2 years of experience within a Real Estate or Property business (property sales administration experience isessential)
Experience with CRM systems, (Salesforce, Oracle or similar)
Excellent English & Mandarin written & verbal skills.
Outstanding customer service skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a highly successful team
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrates initiative and a can-do attitude
Strong customer service - the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders when and if needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
