About the job
We are looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to join our People Experience (PX) team and help cover our talent acquisition needs in Australia and New Zealand for a set period of time. Ultimately, you’ll employ your specialized skills to help us bring the right people onboard.
What you’ll do
Meet with managers to discuss their hiring needs and formulate a strategy
Design and coordinate the hiring process
Source qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking, etc.
Help establish connections with user groups, communities, etc.
Help hiring teams interview candidates through various methods (e.g. structured interviews, behavioral interviews)
Advise hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions
Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics
Assist with onboarding prep for new hires

Proven success as a recruiter across multiple disciplines, ideally in software, technology consulting and Salesforce
Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle
Familiarity with various recruiting software and tools
Knowledge of effective hiring practices
