Contract Team Leader

About the role

Our FUJIFILM Business Innovation team in Auckland is on the lookout for Contract Team Leader to join their team. Reporting to the Contract Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for managing the contract management function and ensuring the contract management team's effective development and operation.
Other duties include:
Oversee and guide the operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the contracts function.
Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfill the objectives of the functions efficiently and effectively.
Planning and evaluating measures that improve the business effectiveness of the business.
Plan and allocate resources to effectively utilize staff and accomplish the work in line with departmental productivity and quality objectives.
Ensure the contracts are validated/amended in terms of fields completion, correct pricing, and correct financial disclosure in alignment with governing policies.
Work with all Sales Managers to promote high standards of contract completion.
Lead and provide direction to the team as required.
Skills & experience
People management experience is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven experience in working within tight deadlines
Ability to take the initiative and be pro-active
High level of attention to detail
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
