We’re seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to support planning, implementation and successful delivery of a large scale Oracle migration project. The successful candidate must have a background in Oracle ERP.The person will have a disciplined approach to managing clients, planning, organising and scheduling resources, great attention to detail, and an understanding of the importance of process fulfillment.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior ERP Project Manager will manage the end to end delivery of the project which includes, but isn’t limited to the following:Oversee and take responsibility for the successful completion and timeliness of projects within a set budget
Create and maintain project plans inclusive of communication matrix, responsibility matrix, schedule, and budget
Lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritization of requirements
Owns and executes the project according to a defined methodology
Secure customer sign off for each delivery phase
Ensure all internal project documentation is created, maintained, and properly saved
Participate in the creation and review of all project documentation
Manage client expectations and maintain communication throughout the course of the project
Prepare reports for clients and internal management regarding the status of projects and address issues/concerns when appropriate
Lead internal project team meetings and meetings with the customer
Participate in internal projects as required
Required Skills & ExperienceAt least 7-10 years of project management experience with a background in professional services/consulting
At least 7-10 years of experience in full life cycle ERP implementations or equivalent experience managing large, complex, ERP solutions.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience with multiple implementations involving Oracle ERP or have functional knowledge of Oracle ERP systems from a business user perspective
Experience with Oracle cloud or Oracle fusion is preferred
Industry experience in logistics and manufacturing, including financials/back-end integration a plus
Experience managing multiple projects at one time (including but not limited to implementations, upgrades, and new installations)
Strong time management skills as you’ll have multiple priorities to focus on in a week that often changes based on client demands
The ability to be self-directed and work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
