Small 2 person firm looking for intern, part time contract ( 10 to 20 hrs a week to start, with room for promotion.
The day to day work is Revit drafting and modeling, with some Enscape , emailing clients, and permit-based tasks. Projects range from Tiny houses to interiors, to Permit drawings, to Large Master Plans, in WA, CA, HI and MX. Some opportunties to travel as well.
Looking for someone who has some kind of office experience, is organized and communicative.
Can provide:
Market rate hourly , or fixed fee contract compensation.
Some advanced Revit training
AXP and Professional Mentorship
We require you to have
Up to hardware
Access to Revit 2021 ( we may provide subscription)
Solid BIM fundamentals.
Knowledge of Blubeam, Trello, Adobe, Dropbox, and Zoom
A.A. @ minimum.
Construction Knowledge a plus
NCARB
