Three month contract
ASAP start for a qualified Accountant to join a successful NZ business within the financial services sector. True mix of duties to keep you on your toes! This will be a three month assignment while a permanent recruitment process is underway.
Skills and experience required;
CA/CPA qualified
Reviewing and reporting on monthly accounts and preparing balance sheet + income statement.
Working with a range of different stakeholders
Preparation of budgets and forecasts
Part of audit process
Board paper preparation
Financial Services experience will be to your advantage but not essential
Intermediate level Excel – is a must!
This will be a contract where you will be exposed to a range of different duties and working as a true business partner. You will not have any direct reports, but be part of a wider finance team. You’ll be reporting directly to the CFO, who you will have a closer working relationship with.
