This marks an exciting opportunity to continue caring for Nelson's stunning parks and reserves — and we're looking for passionate people to join us on this journey.The Role: Contract AdministratorWe're on the lookout for a proactive, organised, and experienced Contract Administrator who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
This key role is packed with variety and responsibility, perfect for someone who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in delivering exceptional business support.What You'll Be Doing:Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships, delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external clients.Data Entry: Keep multiple databases accurate and up-to-date, ensuring jobs are tracked through to completion.Asset Management: Oversee and maintain our asset management systems.Subcontractor Coordination: Manage subcontractor databases, prioritise tasks, and allocate workloads.Reporting: Analyse data and create monthly reports for management and clients.Financial Support: Handle monthly invoicing, raise purchase orders, and meet reporting deadlines.Operational Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Operations Manager, Team Leaders, and wider team.What We're Looking For:Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar industry or role.Strong relationship-building skills — able to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.Solid experience with financial processes such as invoicing, purchase orders, and monthly billing.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and skilled in data entry.A full, valid NZ driver's licence.
