As our Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role supporting the South Canterbury team with their contracts and ongoing projects.
The role offers responsibility and autonomy so you must be highly organised with plenty of initiative.
This will be a busy and varied role, and you will be tasked with ensuring both the contract and financial administration functions are carried out to a consistently high level of service and provide quality administration and contract support services to team members.Duties include:Raising and processing of purchase orders and invoices and raising of work ordersAssisting in administrating the delivery of contract services to our clientUpdating of jobs and processing of claimsProvide administration and contract support servicesImplement organisation and improvement of data filing and data capture systemsAssisting in the production of financial/KPI/monthly reportsJob management and data entry into RAMM and RAMM ContractorResponding to customer enquiriesLiaise with various departments, other administrators and internal managersAssist with a wide variety of financial and administrative tasks and be flexible and adaptable to changing policies & processesCoordinate and collate information, input information into databases as required and complete tasks in time to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlinesCommitment to zero harm processes and stand in the gap when requiredOther general office administration as requiredYou will also ensure administrative functions are carried out to a high standard and there is continuous improvement in our systems and processes.Important SkillsYour pleasant and friendly demeanour, highly organised approach and excellent data entry skills will ensure you are successful in this role.
