About the Role:
As part of our Spotless Central Alliance team and reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager this is a new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to use their skills to provide support to a small team. Based at the Whanganui Hospital you will enjoy working autonomously whilst having the support of the Palmerston North based team.
This is a role in a fast-paced environment that will allow the successful candidate to grow their professional skills, take ownership of building and creating processes and systems to coordinate the office administrative functions and ensure alignment to Spotless processes and procedures.
Skills and Experience:
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Word and Excel
Able to research, analyse and able to obtain information effectively and efficiently
Excellent planning, organisational and accuracy skills
Confident using software packages ideally with experience in SAP, Payroll and Purchasing systems
Understand accounting processes
Great communication skills (both written & verbal)
