We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Participate collaboratively with fellow Supply Chain functions to identify and implement end to end improvement projects for group benefits. Ownership of DC network specific inputs and activities.
Identify and implement improvements to improve DC productivity performance including the utilisation of appropriate technology and automation
Support with commercial budget and forecasting working with DC leadership team members to identify, plan and realise improvement benefits.
Drive engagement across the network in support of role portfolio, showcasing health, safety, wellbeing and sustainability benefits as well as improved customer experience

5 - 10 years warehouse design or warehouse management related experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred - Preferably logistics or business graduate
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, Transport management systems and regular DC processes
Experience with LEAN Six Sigma
Experience of project management and delivery across multiple locations
Leadership skills and ability manage teams of people
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to build excellent internal and external relationships
High degree of organisation and a commitment to continuous learning.
Ability to apply strategy in operational planning, risk and relationship management
Experience in contact management delivery, compliance as well as supplier management
