As a Content Designer, you are responsible for the design, build-out, testing and maintenance of consistent and #beautiful customer-facing digital education content across a variety of formats (eLearning, video, presentation materials). You will work collaboratively across our global and regional education and media teams. As a member of a global team, you will collaborate with Xeros across the world. You will be responsible for day to day production of digital education content and will be required to deliver on time, with high quality, and contribute to a positive, creative cultural environment.This role is located in Auckland, Wellington or Melbourne. Assist with screencasting and editing of educational videos.
Assist with the build-out, testing and maintenance of eLearning content.
Create graphics, slides, artwork and/or illustrations for use in digital education projects
Collaborate with The Hub design team to ensure all production meets Xero quality, branding and style guidelines.
What you'll bring:
Similar experience in a design, education, marketing, commercial or not-for-profit environment.
Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, After Effects, Indesign).
Experience working closely with stakeholders / education specialists to understand the best media output for specific content preferred but not required.
Experience with eLearning (Captivate, Storyline, Evolve) and/or screen capture software (Camtasia, Screenflow) preferred but not required.
