*This role will be shift work, for 40 hours/week on a 24/7 roster. Exact shift patterns/frequencies will be explained upon applying.

You will be responsible for:
Speaking with and listening to customers and responding to their queries (such as minor terminal faults, printer and PIN-pad troubles, card-reader issues, power difficulties, telephone line problems, and other technical issues) via phone, web and email.
Accurate data entry of information provided by customers.
Understanding the needs of your customers and talking them through different solutions.
Delivering value across everything you do for your customers.
In this role you can expect to work with people from across the business to provide solutions to your customers.
