Job Description: Time Warner Cable is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contact Center Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.2. Conduct research and analysis to assist customers with technical support, billing inquiries, and service changes.3. Utilize company systems and tools to accurately document customer interactions and follow up on open cases.4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.5. Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.7.
