Job Description: Citizens Financial Group is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company- Log all customer interactions and update customer records as necessary- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer preferences Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role- Confident and passionate personality traits- Strong project management and analysis skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Benefits:- Paid overtime- Paid Time Off (PTO)- Company equipment provided- Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company Working Environment:At Citizens Financial Group, we believe in encouraging autonomy and independence, trusting our employees to excel in their roles.
