Job Description:
US Foods Holding is seeking a talented and experienced Contact Center Manager for a remote work opportunity in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience, the Contact Center Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing our customer service operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of contact center agents to achieve performance goals and targets- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance skills and productivity- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and workflows- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for team members- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance contact center operations- Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency- Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for team members
