Genesis Energy is seeking a hardworking and resilient Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities:1. Answering inbound calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner.2. Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to Genesis Energy products and services.3. Resolving customer complaints and escalating to appropriate departments if necessary.4. Processing customer orders, payments, and refunds accurately.5. Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed.6. Providing product recommendations and upselling opportunities to customers.7. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong decision-making and negotiation abilities.4.
