We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Providing strategic and operational leadership to the Consumer/whanau Experience team
Leading community engagement to support improvement activities
Ensuring that equity and disability are core to engagement and all service level change
Leading the implementation of the Disability action plan

Experience within a leadership/management role which interfaces with either the public or service consumers/whanau (preferably five or more years)
Experience in delivering exceptional customer service within multicultural, diverse communities
Some knowledge and understanding of health care practices and policies, quality improvement and risk management
Strong networking skills and the ability to build solid and positive working relationships across different sectors
Excellent knowledge of customer care and feedback mechanisms with the ability to build trust and confidence
