Consulting Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Take full P&L responsibility for the Auckland business unit
Lead a team of consultants in the Auckland market and develop them through strong field coaching
Grow your own desk through your own business development and assignment execution
Recruit, develop and support new talent as we expand the team across both Auckland offices
Contribute to the overall strategic vision of the business as a key member of the senior leadership team

Ideally an experienced Manager, either in Business Support or Contact Centre Recruitment
Enthusiastic about change and growth and you know how to drive a high-performance culture and succeed in this challenging market
A strong leader of people, with the desire to take control and run your own business unit
An experienced sales and account manager with a demonstrated history of winning new business and developing existing client relationships
