The opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Auckland-based Rewards Consultant to join our nationally-recognised specialist People Advisory Services team. This role is offered on a flexible full time basis.
Your key responsibilitiesHelp clients design and implement remuneration and reward plans which support the business and HR strategy
Consult on remuneration strategy, remuneration frameworks, remuneration benchmarking, short and long-term incentives and executive and director remuneration
Participate in Reward engagements
Work effectively as a team member; sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
Broaden your interest in market practice, both national and international
Use market data to inform remuneration decisions
Develop financial analyses and models for incentive plans
Skills and attributes for successA bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or Finance with strong academic credentials preferred
12 months minimum of relevant experience post-graduation, ideally in either a large organisation or within a consulting or professional services environment
Experience of people and remuneration consulting projects would be beneficial
Analytical skills, possibly with knowledge of financial modelling
Ideally, you’ll also haveStrong proficiency on MS systems, especially Excel
Excellent time management capabilities
Strong attention to detail skills
