We are looking for a ICAMHS psychiatrist, with experience at the consultant level. A solid, up-to-date working knowledge of child and adolescent psychiatry is required; however any sub-specialty/special interest may be supported.
You will be motivated to contribute to service developments and quality improvement projects along with undertaking your clinical duties. Candidates must either hold New Zealand Medical Council Vocational Registration or be eligible to obtain Vocational Registration. Set apart by the most temperate climate and beautiful natural surroundings of the North Island East Coast of New Zealand, its little wonder that Hauora Tairawhiti is the work destination of choice for many mental health professionals. Gisborne is situated on the East Coast of the North Island.
