We are currently seeking 2 enthusiastic and motivated Labourers to join our growing scaffolding team. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our scaffolders and ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our worksites. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting scaffolders with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
* Loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding materials and equipment.
* Ensuring the worksite is clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
* Following instructions from scaffolders and site supervisors.
* Maintaining and caring for scaffolding tools and equipment.
* Adhering to all safety regulations and company procedures.
* Performing other general labouring duties as required.

What We Are Looking For:

* Previous experience in a labouring role fro atleast 2 years.
* A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
* Reliability and punctuality are essential.
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
* Good level of physical fitness and stamina.
* A commitment to safety.
* Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools is an advantage.
* You should have residency in NZ or a valid work visa.

Pay and Benefits -

* Full time permanent Employment. M
* Minimum 34 hours / week guaranteed.
* Hourly rate varies from NZD 24 to $28.
