Southern Insulation Limited provide a service around New Zealand for Asbestos, removal in commercial, industrial, educational and residential buildings.
They are currently looking for an Asbestos Removal Supervisor to join their team. This role is focused on asbestos removal from commercial and residential sites, working with decontamination teams. This is busy position and will require the candidate to roll up their sleeves and work with the teams regularly, however the key focus is supervision of projects are delivered and liaising with Regional Manager.
The right person with relevant experience will be put through the required NZ License’s if you don’t already hold these, so please do apply if you have experience in asbestos removal and/or construction related site supervisor positions.
Ideal Requirements (not all essential):
Site Supervisor experience
Ability to follow instructions and plan jobs
Time management skills and attention to detail
Health and Safety knowledge
Certificate of Compliance (CoC) or equivalent
Site Safe Passport
EWP / Confined Spaces
Construction Site experience
Full Drivers license
Class A - NZQA29766
Class B - NZQA29765
Supervise Asbestos Removal - NZQA29767
